Warren Sapp was arrested on one count of solicitation of a prostitute and two counts of assault in Phoenix Monday morning, reports TMZ Sports.

He was arrested in the lobby of the Renaissance Hotel in Downtown Phoenix around 7 a.m. This is not Sapp’s first offense. He was arrested for domestic battery in 2010 and 2014 (although the 2010 charges were dropped). He has been in Phoenix covering the Super Bowl for NFL Network.

Sapp, age 42, played 13 seasons in the NFL for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Oakland Raiders. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2013.

His arrest comes on the heels of CBS Sports analyst Greg Anthony’s arrest for soliciting a prostitute on Jan. 16. The NFL and NFL Network have yet to comment on this developing story.
