After a two-week hiatus, TheDC’s #WednesdayWorkout is back and ready to get-the-fuck after it.
This week, we’re flipping the game on its head, so I’ve invited Instagram double-threat @basebodybabes to show us how the folks down under get down in the gym. These Aussie sisters — in partnership with Australian strength coach Sebastian Oreb — have developed what they call “the ultimate system for training,” and it’s safe to say they know how to get results.
Full disclosure: my knowledge of Australia is extremely limited — the toilets flush backwards and I think dingos still eat babies … maybe? — so I’m curious to see exactly what goes into a Southern Hemisphere jam sesh.
