After “Jurassic World” decimated box office records in May, Universal announced Thursday that the dinosaur film will get a sequel.
Just when everyone thought the franchise was extinct, “Jurassic World” reached new heights during opening weekend and raked in over $208 million in the United States. It now holds the record for the biggest opening in box office history.
Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard will be back to star in “Jurassic World 2” in 2018. (RELATED: Jurassic World’ Absolutely KILLS IT In The Box Office, Sets Massive Records)
