Jason Day held off current world’s no. 1 Jordan Spieth on Sunday to win the 2015 PGA Championship.
The 27-year-old Australian won his first career major in historic fashion; his weekend score of -20 par was the lowest finish in a major championship in tour history.

Prior to Sunday, Day’s best performances in a major were three second-place finishes — Masters 2011 and U.S. Open 2011, 2013 — but his historic weekend run was one-upped by his three-year-old son Dash and wife Ellie.
