Chad Hurley has agreed to pay Kim Kardashian and Kanye West almost half a million dollars after he leaked their engagement video online in October 2013.
Hurley, a YouTube founder who sold the company for $1.6 billion, finagled his way into AT&T Park in San Francisco the night West proposed to Kardashian. Though he signed a confidentiality agreement, he filmed the engagement and posted it on his site MixBit.
Now Hurly has agreed to pay the couple a whooping $440,000 if they will drop the lawsuit against him, where they were suing for unspecified damages, including punitives. (RELATED: Cleavage While Pregnant: The Kim Kardashian Story)
