Jessica Alba just got hit with a second lawsuit after her company’s sunscreen left several with bad sunburns.
The $5 million class-action lawsuit claims that in March, The Honest Company removed half of the zinc oxide from its sunscreen formula, but continued to market it as SPF 30, TMZ reports.
Though it’s marketed as “eco-friendly, affordable and natural,” the suit claims that it left several children with bad sunburns.

Alba responded to Rubin’s lawsuit and said “the allegations against [them] are baseless and without merit.”
“We strongly stand behind our products and the responsibility we have to our consumers,” Alba said in a statement. “We are steadfast in our commitment to transparency and openness.”
