Carly Fiorina, coming off a successful GOP debate performance Wednesday night, said Thursday morning, “I can win this job and I can do this job.”
Fiorina, appearing on “Morning Joe” said, “I’m going to keep doing what I’ve been doing, which is working hard every single day to answer every question, to meet as many voters as I can, to be transparent about who I am and what I intend to do.”
Willie Geist: So where do you go from here Carly? You’ve obviously had the first debate was a big bump for you in Cleveland. Now you’ve got up another notch last night. Do you see yourself now, do you agree that you could be soon atop the polls?
Carly Fiorina: Well, that would be great but it’s still very early on. Literally where I go from here is South Carolina. You know, the first caucus still is about four or five months away. It may not be an exciting answer but the real answer, the true answer is I’m going to keep doing what I’ve been doing, which is working hard every single day to answer every question, to meet as many voters as I can, to be transparent about who I am and what I intend to do. But I hope that what people saw last night is that I can win this job and I can do this job.
