Presidential hopeful Ben Carson said Tuesday that if he were present at Umpqua Community College, he would have attempted to take down shooter Christopher Harper-Mercer.
“Not only would I probably not cooperate with him,” Carson told “Fox and Friends” host Brian Kilmeade, “I would not just stand there and let him shoot me.
