Khloe Kardashian took Lamar Odom back because he promised to swear off drugs.
Odom has been in the hospital since he collapsed at a Nevada brothel last Tuesday, and though Kardashian filed for divorce from him in 2013, the two were never legally separated.

“I am done with drugs,” a source says Odom promised Kardashian.

“We’re told not everyone in the Kardashian family thinks Khloe’s decision is sound, because they’ve heard this from Lamar before,” TMZ reports.
