Dallas Cowboys star Greg Hardy got into a physical altercation with Cowboys’ special teams coordinator Rich Bisaccia shortly after the Cowboys gave up a touchdown to the New York Giants on special teams, according to UPROXX.
Cameras then caught Hardy being confronted by injured receiver Dez Bryant on the sideline.
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones had an interesting perspective on Hardy’s behavior, saying after the game, “He’s, of course, one of the real leaders on this team and he earns it and he earns it with respect from all of his teammates and that’s the kind of thing that inspires a football team.”
It’s unclear if Jones was aware of the fact Hardy hat hit a coach at the time of his comments.
Hardy has a history of violence, and was previously suspended by the NFL after he was convicted of domestic abuse, a case that was ultimately thrown out. (RELATED: Terry Bradshaw Roasts Cowboys, Jerry Jones For Defending Convicted Player [VIDEO])
