Republican Ohio Governor John Kasich did not go along with the rest of his fellow presidential candidates at the debate in Boulder Wednesday night when it came to viewing the CNBC moderators.

Although Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus excoriated CNBC for the moderators’ questions and tone toward the candidates, Kasich had nothing but compliments for the moderators in the debate spin room, while taking shots at his opponents “fantasyland” plans.

“I thought [the moderators] did a good job tonight. I’m very pleased with –– I had time to be able to speak and to talk about fantasyland and to also talk about my plans and my programs and things that I know that we can do together that can get the budget balanced and create jobs and fix this country,” he said.

He added, “So I’m very appreciative of how they did their jobs. It wasn’t a circus like we’ve had in the past. It was well done and well controlled–A lot of good questions and hopefully this is what we will see in the future.”
