Madonna and her ex-husband are currently embroiled in an ugly custody battle.
The singer’s 15-year-old son went on tour with his mother this summer, but in December he ran away to his father Guy Ritchie’s home in London. It was reportedly because he was “fed up with the singer, her lifestyle and her parenting skills,” TMZ reported Tuesday.
When his mother demanded he board a plane to return to Manhattan for Christmas, Rocco Ritchie refused, but then Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Deborah Kaplan ordered him home two days before Christmas. (PHOTOS: Madonna Just Mooned Everyone On The Red Carpet At The Grammys)
“I’m directing the child to be returned to New York,” Kaplan said. “If he wants to stay with his father, he must return to his mother.”
Rocco refused the order.

“He has expressed very clearly that he does not want to return to New York,” his father’s attorney said in a statement.
