Buffalo Bills legend Jim Kelly has now been cancer free for 18 months.
The Hall of Fame quarterback hasn’t had any more bouts with cancer in the past year and a half according to an inspiring Instagram post from his daughter, Erin, who has reminded everybody just how far Jim Kelly has come since his initial diagnosis.
Kelly was diagnosed with cancer in the jaw in 2013, and after initially beating cancer it returned. Kelly ultimately was victorious against the vicious disease after defeating his second diagnosis. (RELATED: Wife Of Former College Basketball Star Says His Death Is ‘Imminent’ In Heartbreaking Post)
ESPN recently chronicled Kelly’s four straight trips to the Super Bowl in the documentary “The Four Falls of Buffalo.”
