A woman was seriously injured early Saturday morning in the Fells Point neighborhood of Baltimore when a man fled a fight by ramming cars, dragging another man on the door of his minivan, and driving down the sidewalk.
The suspect’s escape was caught on tape from a second story window. The driver has been identified by police as Orlando Redd of Parkville, Maryland.
Redd first rammed the car blocking the street in front of him, backed up and rammed it again. Another man can be seen trying to pull Redd out of the car and getting dragged by the open door when the minivan was put in reverse. The door hit a tree as Redd backed up onto the sidewalk and the man fell to the ground, apparently uninjured.

One woman, however, was injured as Redd drove down the sidewalk. The victim, only identified as a 27-year old woman, was hit twice, once in reverse and once again as Redd pulled forward and drove away down the sidewalk. She is reported to be in serious but stable condition and was luckily the only person injured in the incident.
Redd has been “charged with assault, malicious destruction of property, endangerment and traffic citations.“
