Goalie Jeff Lerg of the Toledo Walleyes made one of the greatest saves you’ll ever see in a hockey game.
Lerg, who competes in the ECHL, was facing down a two-on-one rush in a Sunday game against the Fort Wayne Komets. A Komets player ripped a shot at what appeared to be a wide open net. (SLIDESHOW: This NHL Player’s Girlfriend Is A Sexy Model Almost Too Hot To Handle)
Lerg got twisted around and threw out his glove while lying on his back. Miraculously he was able to knock the puck away. (RELATED: Celebrate The Two-Year Anniversary Of TJ Oshie’s Olympic Heroics Against Russia [VIDEO])
