I didn’t watch the Grammys the other night, because it was the Grammys. But I guess I need to start paying attention to popular music again while I still can. The JV team is not putting up with it.
According to Kurdish media reports, the jihadist group [ISIS] that has captured wide swaths of Syria and Iraq beheaded a 15-year-old boy in Mosul for the crime of listening to Western pop music.
Reports cite officials in the northern Iraqi city as saying that the boy, Ayham Hussein, was discovered by ISIS henchman as he was listening to a portable compact disc player…
“The boy was executed by beheading in a town square in the center of the city,” a source told Kurdish media.

#NotAllMuslims did this, of course. Why, the victim was even a Muslim. Therefore, Islam is not the motive. The Islamic State is doing this in spite of Islam, which is a religion of peace.
Okay, enough of that. Now you can go back to complaining about those rednecks who burn Dixie Chicks records and criticize Beyonce for celebrating the Black Panthers. Priorities, people.
