O.J. Simpson’s fame is still going to his head even though he remains incarcerated for a 2008 robbery and kidnapping conviction.

Jeffrey Felix, who is writing a book about guarding the ex-football player tells New York Post gossip columnist Richard Johnson that Simpson thinks Cuba Gooding, Jr., now portraying him on the FX miniseries about his for murder trial, is a good actor but not physically compatible.

Simpson says Gooding is “not tall enough and his head is too small. O.J. has a huge head,” according to Felix.

Simpson has not actually seen the show because his current abode, the Lovelock Correctional Center in Nevada, does not get FX or allow inmates to use DVDs. But correction officers and friends are keeping him abreast.

“He can’t watch it, but he’s heard a lot about it,” Felix explained to Johnson. “He’s hearing it from the guards. He’s hearing it from Khloé Kardashian and from A.C. Cowlings,” the man who drove the white Bronco in Simpson’s famous police chase.

Simpson is also peeved that the show makes him seem guilty of killing ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman. In one episode he badly flunks a lie detector test. But Felix says, “O.J. told me [years ago] he passed the lie detector.”
