It’s not always easy to find a place to relieve yourself.

Just before 10 a.m. on Monday morning, Fox Business Network anchor Maria Bartiromo witnessed an Uber driver doing something semi-vile involving his own urine.

Bartiromo received a variety of reactions, one of which bordered on incredibly weird.

One follower asked:

She replied somewhat tersely, “No, I did not.”

But the best reaction she got was from Uber, which is not taking her report lightly.

Public urination is no longer against the law in New York City, as reported by The Daily Caller in January. There is more recent info about this in the New York Observer in March. Before the law changed, if you entered a guilty plea and mailed in $50 you were fine, except for the fact that it would always be on your public record.

Technically none of the Uber driving rules address the act of flinging your own urine out the car window. However, online stipulations say the driver must have a “clean” driving record, and he or she must pass a criminal background check.
