Former Vice President Dick Cheney will support Donald Trump’s bid for the presidency. He’s one of the first living Republicans who’s served in the White House to get behind Trump.
Cheney told CNN Friday that he has always supported whomever is the GOP nominee and he will continue to do so. Since winning the nomination Trump has struggled to get the support of Republican leaders, with both previous Bush presidents and Mitt Romney planning on skipping the GOP convention. House Speaker [crscore]Paul Ryan[/crscore] will meet with Trump next week.
