Julia Roberts is basically spilling out of the dress she wore at the Cannes Film Festival, on the red carpet for her movie “Money Monster.”
On Thursday, the actress showed up in a very fitted, floor length black gown, with off-the-shoulder sleeves and there was a whole lot of cleavage.
