Gucci Mane is out of jail four months early, a new report claims.
The hip hop artist, whose real name is Radric Davis, is reportedly home already after being released early from an Indiana prison, according to TMZ.
Mane’s lawyer told the outlet that he was released Thursday morning. The rapper will remain on house arrest though for several months then he will be put on probation. (RELATED: Rapper Gucci Mane Committed To Mental Facility)
His lawyer reportedly filed a motion with the court to have them give credit for the time Mane had already spent behind bars, a judge agreed and he was released early.
Thursday afternoon the hashtag #Gucci became the number one trending topic on Twitter.
Mane was arrested on probation violation in September 2013 for possession of firearms. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 39 months in prison.
