A fire alarm interrupted Libertarian vice presidential candidate Bill Weld’s Wednesday morning interview on MSNBC.
Despite attempts to ignore the siren, host Jose Diaz-Balart was finally forced to abandon the interview.
“I’m still having a problem with this audio,” Diaz-Balart told the former Massachusetts governor. “We’re going to take a short break, and governor, if you could, stay with me. We’ll be right back.”
MSNBC’s Steve Kornacki continued Weld’s interview after the commercial break.
