Bill Simmons Apologizes For Trashing ESPN [PHOTO]

HBO sports personality Bill Simmons has apologized after trashing his former employer ESPN during an interview with the Hollywood Reporter.

Simmons told the Hollywood Reporter, “They’ve now gotten rid of everybody who is a little off the beaten path. Ask yourself this: ‘Who would work there that you respect right now?’” (RELATED: Bill Simmons Is Making An INSANE Amount Of Money At HBO [VIDEO])

The new HBO star apologized for being a “jackass” and posted an entire list of people he respects at ESPN on Instagram.

HBO will premiere Simmons’ new show “Any Given Wednesday” on June 22.
