Chris Brown vacation villa in Spain was found completely trashed with pee and urine “everywhere.”
The 27-year-old singer was kicked out of a home in Ibiza after he refused to leave the residence, according to TMZ. (RELATED: Chris Brown Sued By Suge Night For Over 2014 Club Shooting)

The landlord reportedly had to call the cops after asking Brown to leave when it was hours past time to check out. Once they got inside they found the place destroyed. Reportedly the police found that knives had been thrown at the walls or walls had been carved up, a bed in the home was covered in urine, and someone had thrown up all over the place.
In addition to destroying the home, Brown allegedly failed to pay the $26,000 rent. Now the landlord wants that plus money to cover the damages totaling up to $60,000.
A source close to the singer, however, has informed the outlet that the rent issue has since been resolved, adding it was a banking error on the landlord’s part.
