A man connected to threats made to The Band Perry has been arrested, after the group was forced to cancel a concert over the weekend.

On Tuesday, Delaware state police say they arrested one of the two people involved in making threats to the country music band shortly before they were set to take stage on Sunday in Selbyville, according to The News Journal. Police said Dzmitry N. Papou turned himself in following news reports that showed a video of him and another man in connection with the threats.

Authorities have not specified exactly what the nature of the threats to the band were but said the show had to be postponed after “alarming statements” were received by a front-desk employee.

Following the threats members of The Band Perry issued a statement that they were canceling the show and posted a message on their official Twitter account.

“To our friends plus fans in Delaware–Due to heightened security concerns, and for the safety of our fans the show has been rescheduled for August 17,” they tweeted. “While we are sad we don’t get to see you tonite, we love you and consider your well-being and security our top priority. We’ll see you soon.”
