Swift doubled the $80 million she earned the previous year making this last year her most financially successful to date.
The singer broke all kinds of records over the last year with her 1989 World Tour and broke the Rolling Stones’ touring record in North America grossing $200 million.
Last year, Swift was named along with her now ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris as the highest paid celebrity couple. Had they stayed together she would have easily kept the title. Instead the honor this year goes to Beyonce and Jay Z — who earned $107.5 million over the last year, according to another report.
The rest of the top ten list included boy band One Direction taking the second spot earning $110 million. Author James Patterson took in third place with $93 million and conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh rounding out the list at the number ten spot, earning $79 million.
