Donald Trump posted an Instagram video on Thursday slamming Bernie Sanders for caving in his support for Hillary Clinton.
The ad begins with phrase, “Being president you need to handle pressure,” subsequently flashing to an article relating to the Democratic National Committee’s email leak which showed the DNC’s “hostility to Sanders” in which one email revealed that the DNC called Sanders’s campaign manager Jeff Weaver a “damn liar.”
Following the news story, footage of Bernie Sanders supporters booing the Vermont senator after he called on his supporters to vote for Clinton and Tim Kaine in the general election is seen.
Then another screen says, “Some candidates cannot handle the pressure,” which leads into footage from when a Sanders rally in Seattle was shut down by Black Lives Matter protesters in 2015. (RELATED: Black Lives Matter Storms In, Takes Over Bernie Sanders Event In Seattle)
The ad then turns to the “leader who won’t back down,” which in this case is Trump. Then there is footage of Trump’s speech from the Republican National Convention where the nominee said, “I say these words to you tonight: I’m With You, and I will fight for you, and I will win for you.”
