Matthew McConaughey’s latest film “The Sea of Trees” has released its first trailer, and it looks like a dark and emotional film.

The film, which is scheduled for an Aug. 26 release, also stars Naomi Watts and Ken Watanabe.
The film looks like the latest installment of darker films McConaughey’s career. The “True Detective” star has become one of the most respected actors in Hollywood after many darker films such as “Dallas Buyer’s Clubs,” “Interstellar” and “Mud.”
