Former Oakland Raiders quarterback Todd Marinovich was arrested while possessing meth and wearing no clothes.
Details of the Friday night arrest are now emerging in a report from TMZ Sports. The former USC star was arrested in Irvine, California in somebody’s backyard with meth and marijuana.

The former Raiders quarterback was once one of the most highly-touted quarterback prospects in NFL history. However, he was soon out of the league after struggles with substance abuse.
