Republican nominee Donald Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway told reporters Friday that Trump didn’t know his interview would be broadcast on Russian state-owned TV.
“As you know, former CNN superstar Larry King has a podcast and Mr. Trump went on his podcast. Nobody said it was going to be on Russian TV,” Kellyanne Conway said on CNN’s “New Day.” “He was doing it as a favor to his friend Larry King.”

Trump said that it is “pretty unlikely” that Putin is interfering in the U.S. electoral process. “I think maybe the Democrats are putting that out. You know, who knows?”
