Today is Veterans Day in America, and there are plenty examples of valor and sacrifice in America’s great military history.
The famous HBO miniseries “Band of Brothers” tells the story of Easy Company from the 506th regiment of the 101st Airborne division, and is based on the nonfiction book of the same name. The incredibly successful series ends with the surviving airborne soldiers from the 506th regiment playing baseball after winning the war.
