It all went down at an elementary school event with his daughter in Thousand Oaks, Calif., Saturday, TMZ reports.

That’s where he says Nancy Mack, the wife of drummer Chad Smith, “began berating and cursing Baio” for his support of Trump, according to TMZ.

The “Happy Days” star has been very supportive of the president-elect and spoke at the Republican National Convention in July. Mack has continually spoken against Trump.

Mack approached Baio at an elementary school function and scolded him for supporting a man who said “grab ’em by the pussy.” Mack repeatedly screamed the phrase at Baio who attempted to quiet her down as they were in the presence of children.

Baio told police he asked Mack to stop several times before she attacked him, “grabbing him under his arms and then shaking and pushing him,” TMZ reports. Friends of Mack told TMZ that she was trying to show Baio how “Trump hugs women and denies any intentional physical aggression.”

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Dept. is looking into the incident, according to TMZ. Mack is listed as a battery suspect in the case.
