Call this one possible double fake news trouble.

After US Weekly reported that first lady Melania Trump may stay in New York City “permanently,” IJR reported that Melania “may not” move into the White House.

The IJR story blames the decision on Barron Trump, who has received a lot of negative attention that has upset the first family. IJR called the “pot shots” taken at Barron “obscene.”

Except wait…none of this may be true at all.

According to the US Weekly story, the source, a “family insider,” says the whole thing is up in the air despite a headline that suggests that Melania may NEVER move into the White House with her husband. An upcoming Valentine’s Day US Weekly’s cover screams: SEPARATE LIVES. It’s dated February 15, a day after the heart-filled holiday.

“They will reevaluate toward the end of the school year if they will keep this arrangement or if Melania and Barron will move to Washington,” the family insider told US. “They could go either way right now. They will ultimately do what’s best for Barron.”

And the cover:
