Joy Behar used Winter Storm Stella to take a shot at Donald Trump and his cabinet members on ABC’s Tuesday broadcast of “The View.”
“I love this audience for coming today because there is a blizzard happening on the East Coast right now,” Behar stated during the show’s open.

“It’s whiter than trump’s cabinet out there,” she added, drawing lackluster laughter from the crowd.
“But not as bad as they first thought,” she continued. “The weatherman promised 24 inches. Typical male, right?”
