Spicer: ‘No,’ White House Does Not Have ‘Plan B’ If AHCA Does Not Pass [VIDEO]

Sean Spicer repeatedly shot down hypotheticals from MSNBC’s Hallie Jackson during Thursday’s White House press briefing.

First, Jackson pointed to Spicer’s claim that “there is only a Plan A,” before asking if “there is an acknowledgment there needs to be a Plan B if this fails?”

WATCH:

“No,” Spicer responded. “Plan A.”

Jackson also asked if the White House has “asked Speaker Paul Ryan to delay the vote.”

Spicer requested Jackson repeat the question, but as she started to, he silenced her with a second, “no.’
