This is pretty much how things went down in the last few weeks as the American Health Care Act, pushed by President Trump and Speaker Paul Ryan, was pulled from a vote thanks to Republicans in the House Freedom Caucus, encouraged by Sen. Rand Paul, who thought the bill didn’t do enough to scale back Obamacare.
