Last week an armed man entered a 7-Eleven convenience store in Washington, D.C. but forgot to do one important thing before the cameras caught him — disguise himself.
In a video released by police this week the man, dressed in all black, can be seen walking into the convenience store from several angles with his face in clear sight. After he points his gun at the cashier through his jacket (a real smooth hold-up move), the idiot realized he forgot to pull his ski mask over his face.
About half-way through the robbery, he pulls the black ski mask down and appears to look around in a panic for cameras. Considering there was no backing out at this point the man then reaches over the counter, grabs a stack of cash and runs off into the night.
The Metropolitan Police Department posted the video earlier this week to seek the public’s assistance in identifying the person of interest.
