White House Reporter Releases A ‘Holocaust’ Pool Report

The New York Post‘s Washington Bureau Chief Marisa Schultz wrote up the most unusual pool report in recent memory Tuesday afternoon.

The clarification she included is from White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer, who is having a rough afternoon after he announced that the late German dictator Adolf Hitler “didn’t even sink to using chemical weapons.”

Um…? If only President Trump’s daughter and son-in-law weren’t Orthodox Jews, the flub might not be so glaring. Then again, yeah, it would.

“People were totally losing their shit,” a White House reporter told The Mirror on condition of anonymity when asked how reporters inside the briefing reacted to Spicer’s bizarre assertion.

Spicer tried his best to clarify the situation.

Hence the pool report.

Schultz wrote, “The White House asked me to put out this statement from press secretary Sean Spicer clarifying his Holocaust remarks from the earlier press briefing

“Clarification on statement from Press Briefing

“In no way was I trying to lessen the horrendous nature of the Holocaust. I was trying to draw a distinction of the tactic of using airplanes to drop chemical weapons on population centers. Any attack on innocent people is reprehensible and inexcusable.”
