Well ahead of President Donald Trump’s pledge to build a “Great Wall,” Hungary has completed a second wall along its border with Serbia, Reuters is reporting Friday.

Acccording to Hungary’s  prime minister Victor Orban, the wall “is 155 kilometers long and 3 meters high, and is able to stop any masses of people.” The government has allocated 120 million Euros for its construction.

Potential invaders are greeted with the following warning:

“Attention, attention. I’m warning you that you are at the Hungarian border,” blares a message in English, Arabic and Farsi from the new barrier.

“If you damage the fence, cross illegally, or attempt to cross, it’s counted to be a crime in Hungary. I’m warning you to hold back from committing this crime. You can submit your asylum application at the transit zone.”

The “transit zones” allow just 10 asylum seekers a day to enter legally.

The barrier delivers electric shocks to violators and is loaded with heat sensors, cameras and loudspeakers that communicate the warning in several European languages.

Hungary was a flashpoint for illegal immigration in 2015 when hundreds of thousands of alleged asylum seekers tried to enter the country as a route to Germany. Hungary built its first fence in response to that invasion and introduced severe immigration laws in response.

The Hungarian government has maintained that a second, stronger, barricade was required to prevent furthe illegal immigration and is proud to proclaim that only seven percent of the 4,000 illegals who tried to jump the first fence in 2016 were successful.

In February, Hungary decided to detain illegals in detention shelters instead of sending them to refugee panels. They are allowed to go back to Serbia until a decision has been made on their asylum application.
