MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle challenged Eric Trump to come on her show and clarify comments about getting investments from Russian donors.

Trump denied reports that in 2014 he told a golf writer that funding for Donald Trump’s golf courses came from Russia.

“It’s a recollection from some guy three years ago through a third person,” Eric Trump told The New York Post.

On Twitter, Trump called the story “#FakeNews” and “completely fabricated.”

Ruhle did not appreciate Trump’s denial and on Tuesday questioned if he was telling the truth.

“Just yesterday, we were talking about a 2014 interview that Eric Trump did with a golf reporter, not part of some liberal media attack hound troop,” she said. “And yesterday Eric Trump said ‘lie, not real news, fake.'”

“And I remind you Eric Trump–I hope you’re watching–please, I would love for you to come on and tell us, if Russia wasn’t your lenders in 2014, what exactly you meant because we don’t want to mislead any viewers,” she finished.
