Taylor Swift’s former bodyguard testified Friday at her groping trial that he saw former radio host David Mueller grope her at a photo-op ahead of her concert in Denver in June 2013.

Greg Dent–the 27-year-old singer’s ex-security guard–said he witnessed Mueller reach under her skirt but took no immediate action because because “sometimes (Taylor) said I was too mean,” according to USA Today.

“When he went to put his arm around her, his hand went under her skirt,” Dent explained.  “I thought it was a violation of her body.”  (RELATED: Taylor Swift’s Mom Takes Stand In Groping Trial)

She added that the incident happened just before the photo of them was snapped, and that the picture was proof of the singer trying to get away.

The radio host sued the singer for $3 million in damages after she publicly accused him of groping her which he claims lead to his being fired.  Swift then counter sued for $1 in hopes that it will “serve as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts.”
