A Nebraska man pled no contest Tuesday in a case alleging that he sent prostitutes to strip down and demand payment on his neighbor’s front porch at least 75 times over a three-year period.
In this bizarre case, Douglas Goldsberry, 45, anonymously sent prostitutes to his neighbor, who has two small children, where he would then watch across the street from his window as the women danced and exposed themselves on the porch, according to the Lincoln Journal Star. At times, the prostitutes even got violent, kicking the neighbor’s door and demanding payment.
The judge found Goldsberry guilty of pandering, and he faces up to four years in prison. Due to his no contest plea, prosecutors agreed to drop the second charge of soliciting prostitution.
Prosecutors also allegedly found child pornography tapes at Goldsberry’s home, according to Lt. William Rinn, KOCO News 7 reported. These findings could result in future charges for Goldsberry.
