President Donald Trump tosses paper towel rolls into a crowd of Hurricane Maria victims in a viral video from his visit to Puerto Rico Tuesday.

He and First Lady Melania Trump stopped at Calvary Chapel in San Juan, where Trump handed out food to residents before throwing the rolls of paper towels out one by one. Many Twitter users have said that Trump looks like he is shooting a basketball while tossing out the rolls of paper towels to the victims.

The White House press corps reporter on pool duty summed it up like this: “In a surreal scene, Trump handed some packages of ‘Arroz Rico’ brand bags of rice to members of the crowd. Then in his best Stephen Curry impersonation, Trump held up his arm and softly shot paper towels into the crowd, which they enjoyed.”

Trump’s visit comes as the mayor of San Juan, Puerto Rico accused Trump of responding too slowly to the disaster, which left the entire island without power. Trump has continued to show his support for Puerto Rico and recovery efforts throughout the week.
