CNN anchor Don Lemon. CNN host of “The Lead” Jake Tapper. CNN analyst Ana Navarro. The Weekly Standard‘s Editor-at-Large Bill Kristol. WaPo‘s famed Carl Bernstein.
These are just some of the journalists that Trump whisperer Roger Stone punched in the guts on Twitter Friday night as he unleashed a firehose of hate on members of the nation’s political press corps.
As it goes with Stone, the attacks were personal and priceless.
“Bill Kristol packing on the pounds #porky #Warmonger,” he wrote, in response to Offended America Executive Editor Jacob Wuhl, who announced, “BUSTED! Fake Conservative Bill Kristol linked to hiring of Fusion GPS to dig up dirt on Donald Trump.”
Stone was particularly harsh on Lemon’s Uranium coverage. He even employed one of those grade school ‘no one likes you’ verbal assaults.
“You come across on TV as a dull witted arrogant partyboi. You lie constantly and no one who knows you thinks you r bright,” Stone wrote, adding, “There r no credible ‘fact-checks’ that clear the Clinton’s on Uranium. Even the people at CNN say u are a buffoon behind you back.”
NYT‘s liberal columnist Charles Blow obviously blows in Stone’s mind.
“No @CharlesBlow YOU Lie- u have no cried you fast talking arrogant fake news piece of shit!” he told him.
Stone called Lemon “dumber than dog shit” — an insulting turn of phrase he has also used on CNN’s Navarro. He ordered Lemon to “stop lying about about the Clinton’s and Uranium you ignorant lying covksucker!!!! You fake news you dumb piece of shit.”
Stone incited others to go after Lemon, saying he “must be confronted, humiliated, mocked and punished.”
Punished? Punished how?
Lemon is not the only one who Stone believes deserves punishment. He says Tapper also deserves some pounding. He called Tapper a “fake news ass wipe.”
“Jake Tapper must be held accountable for his lies and very severely punished #Fakenewsasswipe,” he wrote.
Bernstein and Navarro also did not escape Stone’s wrath. But you get the sense that his cracks on them were the equivalent to an after dinner belch.
On Bernstein: “If Carl Bernstein says something the overwhelming odds are that it’s false lied about Watergate lying lying now.”
On Navarro (and others): “When AT&T aquires Time Warner the house cleaning at CNN of human excrement like @donlemon @jaketapper& dumbfuck @ananavarro will be swift.”
Stone mocked the impending first charges filed by Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller, saying, “Breaking: Mueller indicts @PaulManafort’S maid for tearing labels of sofa cushions.”
Stone tried to take educated guesses on who’s going down first.
“Breaking: Mueller indicts @PaulManafort’s driver for double parking.”
But he didn’t stop there.
He lashed out at liberal Brendon Kerton, who is “some guy who lives in the mountains of Colorado.” Kerton made fun of Stone, saying, “Gramps, where you at? The indictments are starting to roll in. You’re gonna love this!!!!!”
Stone replied in ultra-Stonian fashion:
“Yeah I hear Deep State stooge is indicting Manafort’s driver for double parking, u little shithead.”
