Former White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci revealed Thursday morning that he’s no fan of NFL players protesting the national anthem.
“Stand for the anthem,” Scaramucci tweeted in response to a question about whether or not players should kneel or stand.
Take a knee or not?

Of course the Mooch is a fan of standing for the national anthem. I would have been shocked if he had come out in support of kneeling. Regardless of your thoughts on his tenure at the White House, which most people found to be hilarious, there’s no doubt that he loves his country.
We also should have known that he’d eventually address this issue. Scaramucci has never been one to hold back, and he does appear to enjoy answering questions from his fans. It was only a matter of time.
Now we just need to get his opinion on whether or not Joe Flacco is elite.
