Grammy host James Corden angered many celebrities last night after he gifted his fellow comedians with “consolation puppies” for losing the Best Comedy Album category.

Jerry Seinfeld received a pug puppy, along with Jim Gaffigan, Sarah Silverman, and Kevin Hart.
Many people in the crowd — and online — enjoyed the gesture and selflessly celebrated Corden’s comic timing on Twitter.

Be as happy as @JerrySeinfeld is when he lost at The #GRAMMYs…but received a puppy instead. https://t.co/Y2lkGmcMHx

But because this is 2018 and everybody has a problem with everything, whiney celebrities aired their grievances for being left out of the puppy game.
“Wish they gave me a puppy whenI didn’t win best pop vocal nomination,” award winning singer-songwriter Natasha Bedingfield wrote.
Best consolation prize ever. Wish they gave me a puppy when i didn’t win best pop vocal nomination #GRAMMYs #jerryseinfeld

Can you imagine how hard that must be? You lose one award after selling millions of records and you still don’t get a puppy?
One of consolation puppies just got walked past me so the night is pretty much downhill from here. #GRAMMYs

I mean, what the hell @JKCorden and @RecordingAcad I didn’t get my puppy consolation prize?! I’m calling bullshit. Y’all owe me a puppy #puppyless

Aw. We all feel so bad for you guys. It must be so difficult to make millions of dollars and not win an award. I don’t know how you all get out of bed every day. Life is so unjust sometimes.
