The first trailer for “Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Of Grindelwald” was released Tuesday.
There aren’t many details about the plot, but IMDB states, “The second installment of the “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” franchise which follows the adventures of Newt Scamander.”
The sequel to the hit “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” stars Johnny Depp, Katherine Waterston, Ezra Miller, Eddie Redmayne and Jude Law.
Fans of Harry Potter have been eagerly awaiting this sequel. I grew up as a huge fan of the books. I read the series no fewer than ten times. I used to stay up all night after getting a new book, and not resting until I finished. They were outstanding.
My problem with “Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Of Grindelwald” is that it was dark enough, unlike the later Potter films in the series.
Hopefully, and I really am hopeful, the sequel goes down a darker path now that we have Dumbledore and Grindelwald squaring off.
The film is scheduled to be released November 16.
