Disturbing news is emerging out of Parkland, Florida Tuesday night.

Two Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School students were arrested Tuesday for allegedly bringing knives to school.

Another student was reportedly arrested as well after allegedly making a threatening post on Snapchat that showed a gun and ammunition, WSVN reports.

The Sun Sentinal reports, “A sophomore was hospitalized for a mental-health evaluation after deputies learned he had posted photos of himself on Snapchat with a gun in his waistband along with images of bullets, according to the sheriff’s office. Both photos contained threatening messages, with one directed to somebody named ‘Josh,’ the sheriff’s office said.”

The three arrests do not appear to be related to each other.

In another piece of news, Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO) Deputy Moises Carotti was caught sleeping in his car while on duty Monday.

This comes after Zachary Cruz, the younger brother of Parkland shooter Nikolas Cruz, was arrested for trespassing on the school campus Monday. (RELATED: Police Arrest Parkland Shooter’s Brother For Trespassing On School)
