Mila Kunis and Kate McKinnon are teaming up for an action-packed comedy called “The Spy Who Dumped Me,” and it looks like it’s going to be a must-see movie of the summer.
Kunis plays an unsuspecting girlfriend of a spy, who comes under fire from some dangerous people after she gets dumped. McKinnon’s character is simply along for the ride.
The trailer, which was released on Wednesday, opens up with a message of female empowerment, but judging from the rest of the teaser it looks like this one is all about the laughs.
In the sneak peek at the upcoming movie, Kunis and McKinnon hilariously try to adapt the spy mindset when people come chasing after them. It isn’t until later that Kunis’ character realizes her ex-boyfriend is in the CIA and it’s all his fault. Talk about a bad break up.
“The Spy Who Dumped Me,” a clear spoof on “The Spy Who Loved Me,” hits theaters this summer.
