CNN responded to President Donald Trump’s Tuesday morning tweets about the network’s ratings by attempting to fact-check his tweet.
Trump accused the network of only hiring people who are his opponents and urged them to “clean up and strengthen CNN and get back to honest reporting!”
Check out the fact that you can’t get a job at ratings challenged @CNN unless you state that you are totally anti-Trump? Little Jeff Zuker, whose job is in jeopardy, is not having much fun lately. They should clean up and strengthen CNN and get back to honest reporting!

The network tweeted a response to the president, insisting that the tweet is “false.”
“Once again, false,” they said. “The personal political beliefs of CNN’s employees are of no interest to us. Their pursuit of the truth is our only concern.” (RELATED: 7 Times CNN Botched The News In 2017)
CNN also corrected the spelling of president Jeff Zucker’s name.
Once again, false. The personal political beliefs of CNN’s employees are of no interest to us. Their pursuit of the truth is our only concern. Also, Jeff’s last name is spelled Z-U-C-K-E-R. Those are the facts. #FactsFirst
